I want to get some treats for myself, but I've been buying a lot of lingerie lately so I'm trying to go inexpensive this time Wink

Does anyone here know what La Senza sizing is like? I've never ordered from them (and can't go to a store, since I'm in the US) but I'm thinking of getting a few things: a couple slips, a sleepshirt, and probably some panties while I'm at it. I'm usually a small in S/M/L sized slips, and I'm a small/6(US) in most panties (like Freya, Fantasie, Panache) but a medium in VS. Any suggestions?

Are you looking at the Canadian or UK version? They have totally different products and sizes. I'm familiar just with the Canadian store. Mostly, La Senza's sizing is all over the map, and their quality control can leave something to be desired. I've bought panties in a large, liked them and bought more, only to find that the new batch were far too small. In general, the fit is generous (cut a little larger than VS), but it isn't consistent. A sales person told me recently to buy their cotton panties a little larger because they shrink, and to buy the non-cotton a little small because they stretch.

I don't know if this was helpful. La Senza dominates the Canadian marketplace much the way VS dominates the American one. For years, they survived by knocking off VS and selling it a somewhat lower price point and quality level. Now that VS owns La Senza, things seem to be changing a bit, but I'm still finding things like fit inconsistent.

Thank you! I totally forgot to say, but I was looking at Canadian La Senza, so your advice was really helpful (especially the cotton vs non-cotton panties).
