I have to agree with Kelly, corsets just naturally go together with garters and seamed stockings. Can't say that I've ever thought of girdles as sexy lingerie though!

I think they can definitely be sexy, if made in the right way. Traditional girdles are not so sexy, but the ones from What Katie Did or Kiss Me Deadly, those are things I would definitely wear! I think they're sexy in a retro kind of way

There is no doubt that some girdles that are available now are sexy but the girdles I was referring to are the style that was popular around the same era as bullet bras.

I have to say that I adore seamed stockings, above the other choices. Of course, they need a garter belt, but not necessarily a corset, etc.

I think retro refers to a certain time period of enticing Lingerie. The new Pin Up styles are very Retro. I find the Bustiers and Corsets with the garter belts and pantys are very Sexy and Seductive. Also the girly frilly polka dots and babydolls also fit into this Retro Look.
