| ....the time comes to toss out worn out lingerie! Lol it is usually nylons and thongs first then bras but still. This morning I was up early so I decided to go thru my drawers of lingerie before the gym, maybe wear something I haven't in a while. So there I am in my workout thong about to ball my eyes out at the stuff that was worn out. A few thongs, a couple bras but they were really cute stuff! I cannot be the only freak out there lol...or am I? |

hehe for me it depends. If it's a much-loved piece that isn't available anymore, it is very disappointing. With most pieces usually I'm a little sad but I also get a twinge of excitement that now I have an excuse to buy something new to replace it

| When I got home last night I really went thru everything with a glass of merlot and not too bad. 3 sets of stockings, 2 bras and 4 thongs that have lasted me years of enjoyment. I have to agree though, the part that hurts is when they are really cute and can no longer be purchased. Oh well, time to buy more lol |

I agree its horrid when your trusty cute underwear is no longer fit to wear and that sad feeling you get when you finally pluke up the courage to throw them away. The only thing that can make it better is find something even hotter to replace it.

Oh I feel the same way! I'm hiding runs in several pairs of tights with socks and legwarmers now because I simply can't bear to get rid of them.

I just hate it when I get a run in my stockings because it never fails to happen with brand new ones or my favourite ones and hardly ever with older ones. I know it means I get to shop for more but I'd like to wear them at least a few times before they become paint strainers.

I hate it when I get holes in my lacy underwear. It's the worst because it can happen so easily, even when you're just pulling your jeans on or off! Don't worry... you're not weird.

It's for that very reason I don't wear my lacy panties with jeans, and even with a dress or skirt I'll wear a slip unless the skirt is lined. I like to keep my nice things nice as long as possible.

Yeah, uh NO. Apparently this is popular since I have gotten a few pm's about this. My used underwear goes one place, the trash. |

I just pulled on some tights today and found a huge hole. Good thing my skirt is knee-length anyway...I put them on for one last go! At least in the winter, you can also cover runs and holes with boots so you can wear the stockings even longer. It's not so glamorous but when you love it, sometimes that's the only way to be able to wear them again!
