What does it for me is when i buy my wife a new bra or underwear and i see the smile on her face the first time she puts it on. Tells me she loves how it feels. Sexy comfort to me isn't whether my attire is cotton, nylon, modal, etc. It would be something that when you put it on, you don't have to be concerned about straps digging in or things creeping up your backside! Other than that I go for something with lace, ruffles or some kind of adornment. As long as it's not like those kind of underwear you'd wear for something like exploring a bog with some friends, and you don't care if they get really dirty!
